Is this a full e-commerce website?

Yes. E-commerce Starter includes WooCommerce, a product catalogue, shopping cart, checkout and PayFast integration. Customers can place orders and pay online; this is not a WhatsApp-only ordering catalogue.

What does E-commerce Starter cost?

R699 per month with a 12-month minimum subscription. Annual billing is R8,388 for the first year and R7,188 per year when you renew annually from year 2. Monthly billing remains R699; the R1,200 renewal reduction applies to annual billing only.

How many products are included?

We load up to 10 products during initial setup. You supply the product descriptions, images and prices. Additional product loading is charged separately and agreed before work starts.

Who pays payment gateway fees?

Your business pays PayFast's transaction fees separately from the website subscription. Gateway account approval and payment methods are subject to PayFast's requirements.

What shipping and integrations are included?

Basic delivery / shipping configuration is included. Advanced shipping rules, courier integrations, additional integrations and custom functionality are scoped and quoted separately.

Does support include unlimited changes?

No. Ongoing technical support does not include unlimited product uploads, redesigns or website changes. Additional work is agreed and charged separately.

How is a bespoke website priced?

Bespoke websites are quoted after we discuss your design, content and functionality requirements. Your proposal sets out the build scope, ongoing services and payment terms before you commit.

Do I need an online store for a services business?

Usually not. If you want to showcase services and receive enquiries without a product catalogue or online checkout, our standard website packages from R199/month are a simpler starting point.
